DATA HANDLING

How we handle your legal data

We keep legal handling tied to the purpose of each request, so data is collected only when it helps run the account, answer a notice issue or meet a lawful duty.

Data collection

We collect only the details needed for sign-in, wallet checks, record keeping and support. That usually includes contact details, device signals, message history and payment references, handled for the purpose explained in this notice.

Cookie controls

Cookie settings help us remember your session and keep forms working. You can change them in browser controls or any prompt we show, and the page will still explain what each choice does.

Account security

We protect account access with session timeouts, device checks and step-up verification when activity looks unusual. You should keep your password private and log out on shared devices so your own record stays protected.

Record retention

We hold logs and support records only for as long as they serve account handling, dispute work or legal duties. After the retention period ends, we remove or minimise them where the law allows.

Change requests

If you want a correction, copy or deletion request, send it through the contact routes on this page. We confirm identity first, then act on the request if law and record rules allow it.

Contact path

For any policy question, use email, the in-app form or postal mail. We keep the request trail so you can see when it was received, checked and answered.

Legal questions you may ask us

These questions cover the rights and routes that matter most on a policy page. If your request is about access, correction or deletion, we may ask for extra details to verify you. For anything linked to law or record keeping, we keep only what we need for the period required and then reduce or remove it where allowed.

It covers the terms, privacy handling, cookie choices and contact routes that apply to your account. It also explains when access depends on local law and how to ask us for a record change.

Yes. Use the contact routes on this page and tell us what you want to see, correct or remove. We may ask for proof that the request comes from the account holder.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure whether a page loads properly. You can change browser settings, and some parts may then ask for extra checks.

If a part of the service is not allowed where you are, we keep access closed in that location. When access is allowed, the same notice explains the data, checks and request routes that apply.

We keep records only as long as needed for account handling, dispute work, tax or legal duties. After that, we delete or reduce them where the law lets us do so.

Send the correction request through email or the in-app form and include the detail that needs fixing. We verify the account first, then update the record where the request is valid.

Payment entries such as UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay can stay in your account history because they help with reconciliation and dispute checks. We do not keep more than we need.
